Ever since I laid eyes on the glistening nude textured polish Godiva by Zoya (reviewed here), all I could think about was using it as "sand" in a beach manicure! When Essie In The Cab-Ana (reviewed here) came into my life, I knew these two polishes had to get together :)

To create this look, I started by letting In The Cab-Ana dry completely. I then painted a thin stripe of Godiva on the tips of my nails. After that dried, I added another layer of Godiva and gently - and deliberately unevenly - worked my brush back toward my cuticles, letting the polish thin out. That's it! Pretty simple, I hope you give it a try :)

Zoya Godiva retails for $9 and is available on Zoya.com*. Essie In The Cab-Ana retails for $8 and is available at Ricky's and Bed Bath & Beyond. Online, Essie can be purchased at Nordstrom for free shipping - link!*

PS - this is a scheduled post. I'm off on an adventure and will reply to your comments when I return :)
