Kiss Launch Party at Sprinkles: Nail Dress and New Everlasting Gel Polish

A few weeks ago, I attended an event kicking off some new products from Kiss at Sprinkles in Manhattan.
I learned all about the new products launching in January 2013 and think you are going to LOVE them! While I didn't have time to stay for a manicure, I saw lots of great designs and took lots of pictures to share with you :)

Kiss Nail Dress is Kiss's version of nail stickers, except there's no need for a top coat and you don't use nail polish remover to remove them. I got a sneak peak at the new designs for 2013!

What I love about these nail strips is they are shaped in a way that you can wear them on your entire nail or just as a tip. Each set has (22) strips and they look long enough to wear both the full design and another time as the tip. So neat!

This display shows the new designs up close (LOVE the pink leopard print) and different ways to wear them. The designs are so colorful and clear (no visible ink dots) and yes, those are rhinestones!

Kiss Everlasting Gel Polish is Kiss's first at-home gel manicure product. Here are some of the benefits:
  • At-home convenience
  • High-gloss shine, chip-free color in 3 simple steps
  • Dries instantly – no nicks, dents or scratches
  • Lasts up to 14 days
  • won't damage natural nails
  • Soaks off in minutes
  • 15 shades with up to 24 manicures in one bottle

I also learned that the removal is much easier than other gel products :) This sounds like a great polish to put on before going on vacation.

Here are the colors that will be offered initially, and more colors will most likely be added in the future. I love that they included a mint green :) There are even two glitter gel polishes!

Just look at that glitter gel polish - makes a great accent nail!

Here is the LED lamp in action - there is a timer built in so you don't need to watch the second hand on your watch or count in your head :)

In addition to previewing the new products, Kiss was offering manicures. The talented ladies created amazing designs using both the Everlasting Gels and the Nail Dress. There's no reason you can't have fabulous nail art with gel polish :)

LOVE this one!

The dots were created with the gel polish and the thumb is a Nail Dress sticker

A few colors were swirled together for this one-of-a-kind manicure

I'll be reviewing both the Kiss Everlasting Gel Polish and Kiss Nail Dress on Gotham Polish and am really looking forward to telling you all about it. Thanks to Kiss and Sprinkles for hosting such a fun event!

Kiss Everlasting Gel Polish and Kiss Nail Dress/Nail Artist Stickers will be available in January 2013. Kiss products are available nationwide at retailers including CVS, Ulta, and Walmart. Follow Kiss on Twitter for all the latest.

  2. I just saw these new nail strips today! I *almost* picked up that cute floral-y pattern. I really liked that you could do a french mani with these, but found that my nails are too long for them, so bummer!

    1. The designs of the Nail Dress are so clean. I'm looking forward to trying them out - with no top coat and no nail polish remover needed to take them off, they work a little differently than others!

  7. Interesting - I have been doubting getting something for the long weekends and such, when you just don't want your polish to chip!
