A tree goes up in the New York Public Library
New York City has turned into a holiday wonderland! Everywhere you turn, there are cheerful signs of the season with trees, garland, snowflakes, and lights on buildings and in stores.

The BIG tree has arrived in Rockefeller Center! Tomorrow night is the tree lighting ceremony - it will be broadcast at 7PM on NBC.
Back in early October, one of my first "Christmas is coming" encounters was when I spotted Revlon's holiday display of polishes at Bed Bath & Beyond. I chose Mistletoe, an evergreen shimmery shade with golden green glass flecks. Revlon mixed in just the right amount of blue to this green to create that familiar evergreen shade. This polish applied a bit gritty, but it wasn't anything Seche couldn't smooth over :)
Did you unpack your holiday decorations yet?

It's so cool that you live in a place that's so festive. Living in NM during the holidays leaves a lot to be desired. I love this Revlon, but I keep passing it up.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! No I have not gotten my Xmas decorations out yet, but got all my Xmas shopping done.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for these photos. Two years ago I've been in NYC with my boyfriend and it was so impressive and wow. I love the city. Hope to be there soon again.
ReplyDeleteI'd LOVE to be in New York around Christmas time <3. Maybe, when I grow up ;)! Love the polish too, looks murky yet festive.
ReplyDeleteThese pics are so awesome! And your polish is very cool, yet still christmassy. Kind of an edgier holiday polish :)
ReplyDeleteHi Megan, it's festive but then after the holidays it's just COLD lol! I will be thinking of you warm in NM this winter :)
ReplyDeleteNory, wow way to go girl!
Kosmetographie, glad to share these with you!
Deborah, it's fun to visit this time of year! Much more to come here on Gotham Polish of the festivities!
Bookworm Nails, ooo I like how you put that... edgy holiday polish :)
